🔁 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no additional wear, damage, or alterations.

As we sell preloved clothing, items may show signs of previous wear. We take care to photograph and describe all items as accurately as possible, so please review images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

❌ Non-returnable situations

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Items that do not fit (please check measurements carefully)
• Minor signs of wear consistent with preloved items

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
